Use calligraphy, computer lettering systems, rub off letters, and bubble lettering. Glue fabric hearts made from fabric scraps to food labels for a warm touch. Produce many labels quickly with purchased stamps and colored ink pads. Re-name foods to generate enthusiasm. To attach labels to foods, use twine, ribbon, shoelaces, etc. Use hole punches now available in special shapes on index cards for an inexpensive label.
