Holiday open house
The Dominion Wine Cellars announces its Holiday Open House from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 28 and 29. Tastings and holiday treats will be offered. The public is invited to attend. The winery is located just off Route 3 west of Route 29 in Culpeper. Call 825-8772 for more information.
Candelight concert
The Culpeper-Piedmont Choral Society will present it’s 26th annual Christmas Concerts at 8 p.m. on Dec. 4 at Orange Presbyterian Church in Orange and at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Dec. 6 at Culpeper United Methodist Church in Culpeper. Under the direction of Lois Shanks, the program this year will include a variety of wonderful songs of the season, including selections by John Rutter to Ave Marias and something special, just for fun.
