TOWN COUNCIL WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 6-1 -1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1-431 erf the 1950 Code erf Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public nearing on Wednesday, December 9, 1992, at 7:30 p m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

# 92-10-01 Mr. Nicholas Raymond, Box 357, Flint Hill, VA 22627, owner and operator of OCHS BOX DELI, desires to obtain a Special Use Permit in order to operate a Carry-out and Delicatessen business in the lower level of the Clopton House which is located on Main Street in Washington, VA. Application is allowed under Article 6, Section 61-1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Washington. Property is currently zoned "VM Village Mixed Use: ref: 1-42(i), Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance.
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
