The Amissville Ruritan Club will meet at 8 p.m. on Monday, Feb; 8, to continue work on the community center. Everyone is invited to participate. Any help is greatly appreciated. For questions, call the president, Roger Cordani at 9375739.

If you enjoy country gospel music, Culpeper Assembly of God pastor Bill Smith invites the community to hear “Mid-South” at 7 p.m. this Saturday, Feb. 6. From the heart of Nashville, they call their style Christian Country, which has been gaining in popularity. In 1992 they were nominated for a Grammy and two Dove awards. Their video, “Tabernacle” won Video of the Year at the Voice Awards in Nashville. There is no charge; however, a love offering will be taken. The church is located at 120 Chestnut Street.
