The Rappahannock County Library will present “Beneath Our Feet” at 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 5. It will be an exploration of the geology of Rappahannock County. Guest speaker will be, Richard Tollo, professor of Geology at George Washington University since 1983.

Professor Tollo invites the public to bring their “mystery rocks” for identification. Admission is free. Refreshments will follow.

In church news, the Amissville Baptist Church Young Adult Fellowship will meet at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 5 at the home of Glen and Beverly Burke. The men will be doing the cooking.
