PUBLICATION
THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit is to obtain a final divorce from the defendant on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without any interruption for a period of time in excess of one year
It appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the defendant is not a resident of the State of Virginia and that her last known address is Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, it is therefore ORDERED that the said defendant, Marlene Marie Currey, appear before this Court on or before the 1st day of April, 1993, and do what is necessary to protect her interest in this suit.
And it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in and having general circulation in the County Rappahannock, Virginia.
