Fifteen local teens eight of which attend Mount Lebanon Baptist Church are undertaking a major job. They’re preparing a program of oneact plays, short dramatic skits, and comedy performances for presentation during the “Outreach *94” festival in July. Culpeper Baptist Church has agreed to host the program on its back lot from 7-9 p.m., Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, July 21-23. The dramatic team, coordinated by Trey Hensley, calls itself
