After much discussion, BZA members decided that this was a hardship case, and they would allowed him a setback of up to 15 feet, as long as the height of the garage did not exceed 15 feet.
BZA member Jimmy Swindler said, “My judgement is that it is a hardship because to meet the setbacks he would have to put the garage right smack in the center of the yard.
