Now, for the second issue: I am constrained to voice my appreciation for the level of funding provided for the operation of the library. While my vested interest in the funding of county operations dictates that I should be as vigilant as humanly possible regarding the control of tax increases, my fiduciary responsibility as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Rappahnnock County Library, requires that I be equally vigilant in seeing to it that finding levels are adequate to effectively and efficiently carry out the objectives and responsibilities of the Library.
