At this stage of the campaign only one of the four candidates, has on the issues, established that he is actually running for the United States Senate.

Three of them, Robb, Wilder, and Coleman, seem to be running for governor of Virginia, two on their own records, as governor, and one on a retrospective of what his record might have been, had he been elected as governor.
