Candidates Beware
The State Board of Elections has been disqualifying signatures from voters signing for candidates to get on the ballot which do not contain the “physical address” of the voter.
The Board of Elections no longer accepts rural route box numbers or post office box numbers as addresses, even when people receive their mail with these addresses. Voters signing for candidates must include their “physical address” which is the same as the E-911 address.
