Jenkins, Et als, Rt. 1, Box 2065, Flint Hill, VA 22627, desires to obtain a Variance to the rear set-back requirement of fifty (50) feet by one-half (1/2) foot; also the front setback requirement of seventy-five (75) feet by ten and one-half (10-1/2) feet. Property is zoned *RR’, Rural Residential Tax Map 29 Parcel 46A and is located in Hampton Magisterial District. Parcel contains approximately 0.4443 acres. Variance is allowed under Section 170, Artide 170-136 of the Rappahannock County Code.
