May according to the Hagerstown Town and Country Almanack should bring us “average” precipitation and “above average” temperatures.

Weather Watch: May seems more like April. Storms for (12,13), with fair, warm days (14,15). However, severe storms are foreseen for (1618), but (19,20) should be fair, very warm.
