Craig Lynn Bruce, 42, of Amissville, was indicted by the Grand Jury for a felony, possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony. The firearm was a Springfield .22 cal. rifle, Model 84C.

Harald Havstad, 53, of Sperryville, was indicted for aggravated sexual battery on a child, taking indecent liberties with a child (both felonies), and subjecting a minor to immoral influences.

Michael G. Robinson, 19, of Gainesville, pleaded guilty to grand larceny. He admitted to stealing 19 knives from Larry Kommes, in whose residence he was working as a painter.

Mr. Robinson was indicted for the crime last January, and will be sentenced by the court on July 10.

The court found Thomas Roy Berry, 25, of Culpeper, guilty of violating the terms of his probation. Mr.
