Two Culpeper residents were charged with smuggling contraband into the jail this week.
Loretta Lee Dodson, 18, of Culpeper, and Hope Jenkins, 19, of Culpeper, were caught trying to put a pack of cigarettes through a hole in a screen on the front porch of the jail. According to Sheriff John Henry Woodward, the inmates had cut a hole in the screen for that purpose. The
