Mother's Day Breakfast Planned
The Chester Gap Volunteer Fire Department will have an all-youcan-eat Mother’s Day breakfast from 7-11 a.m. on Sunday, May 14 at the fire hall. Prices are $6 for adults and $3 for children eight and under. A raffle will be held for dinner at Dean’s in Front Royal.
Wildlife Exhibit at Spring Mtn.
The Wildlife Center of Virginia is coming to Spring Mountain School at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24. Trained wildlife personnel will bring live birds of prey and/or other animals for first-hand interaction with the audience. The Wildlife Center is the only professionally staffed veterinary hospital for wild animals in the mid-Atlantic. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children. Refreshments will be served.
R.C.H.S. Athletic Banquet Set
The Rappahannock County High School Athletic Department will sponsor its Annual Banquet in the R.C.H.S. Gymnasium at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31.
Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, may 17 and can be purchased in the office at the High School. All tickets must be purchased in advance.
