Paul Dunagan

Paul Renal Dunagan, 70, of Amissville died on Wednesday, May 3 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.

A native of Princeton, W.Va. he was the son of the late Troney and Thelma Dunagan.

He was a tree surgeon and a World War I! veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Viola Virginia Roberts Dunagan; a daughter, Norma McNeill of Germantown, Md.; two grandchildren; a brother, Matthew Dunagan of Flint, Mich, and two sisters, Rachel Taylor of Columbia, S.C. and Maxine Pennington of Pennsauken, N.J.

Funeral services were held on Monday, May 8 at Geest Funeral Home in Culpeper with Rev. Emmett Shiflett and Rev. Clyde Woodard officiating.

Interment followed in Culpeper National Cemetery with military honors.

Ernie Kelley

Charles Ernest Kelley, 66, of Amissville died on Monday, May 1 at the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va.

He was born Aug. 23, 1928, in West Virginia to the late Charlie D. Kelley and Helen B. Lafon Kelly.

Besides his mother, Mr. Kelley is survived by his wife of 41 years, Gertrude H. Kelley; one son, Ronald E. Kelley and his wife, Barbara J. of Culpeper and one daughter, Pamela J. Kelley of Amissville.

He is also survived by two brothers, James A. Kelley and Buddy Kelley both of Florida and three sisters, Judy J. McCauley of Charlottesville, Mary Lou Knight of Florida and Wanda Woody of North Carolina.

Additional survivors include one grandson, Anthony S. Kelley; one granddaughter, Jacqueline L. Kelley, 17 nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held on Friday, May 5 at Found & Sons Chapel with Ron Hutson of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Sairrts-amTPauLMarkeee officiating.

Interment followed in the Culpeper National Cemetery.
