He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Jefferson Jenkins and Josephine Jeffries Jenkins.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday. April 16, at 11 a.m. at Moser Funeral Home with the Rev. William Smith officiating.
Interment was in Little Georgetown Cemetery in Brqad Run.
