Mr. Vales lost control on a curve, rah off the right side of the road, struck a fence and overturned. The Honda had $5000 damage. The report said that Mr. Vales was speeding, doing 65 mph, and he was charged with reckless driving. 1
About 3 a.m. on Sunday, Ronald L. Falls, 45, of Harrisonburg, was driving on U.S. 211, two miles west of Route 667 in Sperryville, when he ran off the right side of the road and ov«rturned in his 1985 Chevy. Trooper C.A. Moore charged Mr. Falls with driving under the influence. Mr. Falls was wearing a seat belt, but suffered some facial cuts and was transported to Culpeper Memorial Hospital. The Chevy had $ 1000 damage. I
