Car Care Council’s research shows nine out of 10 vehicles need some kind of maintenance. The Council suggests that if only 20 percent of those mechanically deficient vehicles were returned to safe driving condition, the savings could amount to $2 billion, not to mention the suffering And pain that could be avoided.
