Rappahannock Healing Arts Center opened its new doors to area communities on April 1 in Sperryville, located on Route 211, the new building will allow for an expansion of services that will include educational programs, workshops, support circles, and classes.

Over the past two years, RHA has been providing support and complementary health care for adults, children and families seeking wellness through personal growth. Working together to create a place to share in the spirit and love of Community are seven professionally certified practitioners available by appointment Monday through Saturday.

Kathleen Maier, Internationally known herbalist, lecturer, and Reiki III practitioner, provides botanical education and resourcing. Sharyn Nicholson and Karen Loving, board certified massage and bodywork practitioners, each bring areas of expertise to the center that include somatic and cranial sacral therapy, Alexander Technique, and energy modalities. Bertha Scholten, Licensed Professional Counselor and Reiki III practitioner, offers holistic counseling for individuals, families and groups.
