In its regular monthly meeting Dec. 10, the town council asked for citizen volunteers to help on two major projects.
Council member Peter Skowronski needs people to survey the town’s parking spaces. Repeated attempts to get a handle on the situation have been inconclusive. The Town Parking Committee wants this to be “the parking study to end all parking studies,” identifying how many spaces are available and evaluating whether or not the spaces are being utilized properly.
Skowronski said that people have reported difficulty navigating streets and that some cars are being parked where they shouldn’t be. Volunteers should contact Kaye Kohler, the town’s admin
