Bulletins • The Town of Washington will hold its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in front of the courthouse at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 19. Following the tree lighting, those present will all join in singing Christmas carols. The town invites all county citizens to join in this activity. • There being no new business before the County Board of Zoning Appeals the meeting for December is canceled. • The Rappahannock Library Board will not meet this month. The board’s next meeting will be Jan. 22 at 10 a.m. at the library.
