Bereavement support group meets
Hospice of the Rapidan hosts a bereavement support group on Tuesday, Dec. 23 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Amissville United Methodist Church on U.S. 211. Anyone who is coping with grief due to the death of a loved one under any circumstances is welcome to attend. This is a community service of Hospice of the Rapidan, and there is no charge to attend. Call 825-4840 to confirm that the group will meet as scheduled.
Celebration at Belle Meade
Come celebrate the Winter Solstice at Belle Meade Saturday, Dec. 20 at 5 p.m. Bring food or drink to share, there will be a celebration of sharing food and drink with each other as well as outdoors with nature.
