Noriko Hoge’s pottery well represents her work with pieces in all sorts of colors that would compliment most interior themes. A number of them incorporate life forms, especially birds. Some of the smallest objects are beautiful dishes holding candle lights.

Adjacent are Dotty Hassfeld’s anthropomorphic pottery displaying on cups and dishes humorous faces and heads that look as if they might be portraits — constituting almost a rogue’s gallery. Hassfeld projects a strong personality into her work.

Several jewelry makers have particularly individualistic pieces. Rebecca Humphrey’s handmade paper brooches look .nothing like paper. On of them especially was difficult for me to leave behind. Her pins come with handmade* Indian silk
