The sale will take place on January 14, 1998 at 1:45 p m. at the main entrance to the building housing the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia.

Terms: The purchase price in the form of immediately available funds shall be due and payable on the closing date. A deposit in the form of cash or certified funds in the amount of $5,000.00 or 10% of the successful bid, whichever is lower, may be required of any bidder at the time of sale. The Substitute Trustee reserves the right to waive or modify the requirement of the bidder's deposit. The successful bidder will be required to close within fifteen (15) days from the date of sale. Time is of the essence as to the closing date and the payment of the purchase price.

The Property will be sold “AS IS". The Property will be conveyed by Special Warranty deed, subject to all existing liens, judgements rights, reservations, leases, covenants, conditions, easements and restrictions as they may lawfully affect the Property.
