the supervisors in recent years may have seemed right and logical when taken alone but the cumulative effect of these decisions has been to bring Rappahannock to the verge of radical and swift development, greatly increasing the danger that Rappahannock County will go the way of Fairfax into the urban world.
This is why the resolution urges the supervisors not only to spare what is left of Yancey Road but to identify, now, the country roads it would like to save. If one lovely treecanopied mile of Yancey Road cannot be saved, what road can be?
