me. a pain in the back just reading about them. Step, squeeze, and pull to get rid of weeds for a handi-dandy $29! If I had the grip strength, leverage, and upper arm strength to make this device work, may back probably would be in great shape, too. Of course, I garden in clay and let my weeds get over twd inches tall before I pull them, unlike the cute little weed in the illustration that came up with its roots free of soil.
I almost found the 52-inchlong trowel interesting. It lets you stand to dig small holes for your flowers. But how do you get the plants into those small holes with out getting on the ground anyway? lb lift weeds and rocks in hard soil, it is “crowbar” strong with reinforced steel shank, but since it is only a trowel, there is not enough room for my foot to provide the force required for penetration in the hard soil. With only my arm strength, I would have to use the tool like a spear to get it in the ground:
