He was born in Viewtown on Oct. 11, 1904.
He was a retired mechanic and a member of Gourdvine Baptist Church.
His parents were the late Edward Lee Estes and Mida L. Smith. 1
His wife was the late Mabel Blackwell Estes.
Survivors include three daughters Annie Clater, Mida “Kitty” Cannon and Willie Cloud, all of Castleton; two sons Marshall Estes of Pleasant Hill, La. and Adolph
