Shimmering Meadows Farm Studio will present a Summer Art Program for children ages 8-14. Learning art in a fun and exciting atmosphere with “hands-on” experience is the principle behind the program.
Shimmering Meadows, an affiliate of The Art League School of Alexandria, is located in Slate Mills and is dedicated to bringing the finest in art training to the area. Two, two weeks sessions will be offered, June 29July 10 and July 13-July 24. The program will be held Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Kitty Dodd, artist and art director at St. Luke’s School in Culpeper, and Carol Vogel, artist and director of Shimmering Meadows have developed the program.
