On Sunday Beverly Exline and Andrew and Andrew’s friends Jason and Ben went to Lake Arrowhead in Luray to the Rappahannock Soccer League Picnic. Andrew received a medal for being in the Spring Soccer League. He is in the U-14 League. They had a good season. Andrew is looking forward to Fall. He had to stop playing around May 13. He was in the Fauquier Hospital and had surgery for appendicitis. He has recovered very well.
Plans are underway for the annual Fourth of July celebration in the town of Washington. Area children are reminded of the bicycle parade. For additional information concerning the parade call Ellen Manson, parade organizer at 675-1349.
