“We don’t plan to take that route. We’re not here to tell anybody what to do,” Committee member Bayard Catron answered. “We’re trying to make this a nicer place to live, not to intrude on anybody.”
Committee member Catron said that the 145 survey forms returned by the public showed good ideas and strong comments, not all in the same direction, and some expressing fears that change was not positive.
