The commission reminded those present that they and the Board of Zoning Appeals can allow for exceptions to the standards if it is necessary to do so. Applications are decided on an individual basis.
The commission recommended approval of an application for a family apartment by Charles E. Carroll Jr. at the meeting. The application met all standards under the code and health department approval had already been obtained.
