LIBRARY BOARD
COUNTY OF RAPPAHANNOCK
The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors is soliciting applicants to fill two volunteer positions on the Rappahannock County Library Board. The positions will be vacant on January 1,1999. The Board is responsible for the overall functioning of the Rappahannock County Library and its programs.
Appointees must be residents of Rappahannock County and be interested in the services provided by the Library. Typically, meetings of the Board take place monthly and are held at the Library.
It is noted that one of the positions coming vacant is currently held by a residents of Jackson District. As there are no other resident of Jackson District on the nine member body, residents from that portion of the County are particularly invited to seek appointment.
