Laura McNear, daughter of Richard and Nancy McNear of Washington was recently inducted as a new member into Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority at Lynchburg College.
Alpha Sigma Alpha, the newest sorority at Lynchburg College, was established with the four-fold purpose of providing intellectual, physical, social and spiritual growth for all members. Alpha Sigma Alpha encourages high standards of academic accomplishment and leadership among its members.
Miss McNear, a 1996 graduate of Mercersburg Academy, is a junior health and movement science major at Lynchburg College.
