By Barbara Wayland 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup milk Topping: 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup butter 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup chopped pecans Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter and milk. For topping combine brown sugar, butter, flour, pecans and add to sweet potato mixture. Bake until brown. Pat Giles Washington Pineapple Casserole 20 ounce can of pineapple chunks 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 stick of butter, melted 2 eggs 2 tablespoons flour 5 pieces of white bread In a small bowl, mix together sugar, eggs and flour. Stir in drained pineapple chunks. Pour this mixture into a small casserole dish. Next, cup up five pieces of white bread in one inch cubes. Cut off edges. Lay bread on top of pineapple mixture.
