BZA Meets
The monthly meeting of the Board of Zoning ~ Appeals followed hot on the heels of the county planning commission meeting. Only one item of business was before the board which was to approve or deny the application by Charles E. Carroll Jr. to construct a family apartment on his property off Route 640. The application had come before the planning commission the previous evening and was forwarded to the BZA and recommended for approval. The application met all regular and additional standards and was approved by the BZA.
The board also decided to set the December meeting for Dec. 17 at 7:30 p.m. if business comes before the board.
