Paul Baldwin
Home: Washington Occupation: Owns Baldwin’s Grocery and 211 Quickie Mart Accomplishments: Paul and his wife, Cucie, have lived in the county for close to 16 years. Even though running the stores is a more than a full-time job in itself, Paul is very active in the community. He is involved with the Booster Club and supports - D.A.R.E. at the high school, and he helps out the schools when needed in other ways. The Baldwins support many charitable causes, both with the schools and in the community, by holding bake sales and car washes among other things. Paul is a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, and supports Boys State. Their son, Thomas, will graduate from Rappahannock High School on Saturday and will be attending VMI in the fall. Paul says that Cucie deserves much credit, because without her much of this wouldn’t be possible.
