National Relocation and Real Estate Magazine has, for the eleventh year in a row, surveyed and ranked the 300 largest residential firms in North America. The rankings are based upon the number of closed transactions and on the volume of closed sales.
Real Estate III was one of the 300 firms recognized for their 1998 results. Real Estate Ill’s number of closed transactions positioned the organization with an overall ranking of 203.
In sales volume, Real Estate III was recognized at 196. In the state of Virginia, Real Estate III was seventh in transactions and sixth in sales volume. This is the second year Real Estate III has received this recognition.
