wins athletic
award at WCDS
Thomas Dowell of Rappahannock County won the award for most improved in boys soccer at Wakefield County Day School’s annual athletic awards banquet, May 14.
The program included gag awards as well as most improved, most valuable and coach’s awards for each varsity sport. Wakefield Country Day competes in girls and boys Cross Country, Soccer. Basketball, girls Volleyball and boys Lacrosse in the Delaney Conference.
Dowell was the only student from Rappahannock County to receive an award.
