Education is also a priority for Oyster. He commented “I believe in traditional values - the values which made this country great. I want to be sure that those values are part of our local school system. One component of education is working with education officials to see that discipline is maintained in the schools.
Oyster has high hopes for the future of Rappahannock County. He added “I believe that we should all make ourselves available to serve in whatever way we can. Therefore, I am making myself available for service to the county and will do my very best to serve this county well.”
