The other person who should be singled out for their contribution is Admiral Josef Gardiner. Gardiner owns High Meadow Farm out on Route 647. Each year Gardiner donates a cow to be raffled.
Even though other carnivals have not been doing that well, attendance at the Flint Hill carnival has not dwindled, and has been growing each year financially.
