Karen Lynn Taylor and Jeffrey Todd Stoneberger were united in marriage on Saturday, June 19 at Leakesville United Church of Christ in Luray.
The 3 p.m. double ring ceremony was performed by Dr. Eddie Walker, amidst an altar setting of candelabra accent with green ivy and white bows, and piano and organ arrangements of green and white roses.
Matthew Bradley performed the instrumental prelude of music. Soloist Beth Keyser sang “The Rose,” as the couple lit the unity candle and “Valentine.”
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. McKinley Taylor of Luray.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Stoneberger of Luray.
Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Lester Deal of Sperryville and Mrs. Mary Taylor of Stanley.
Escorted to the altar by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a formal length gown of white satin. The basque bodice, styled with a sweetheart neckline and long sleeves, was accented with beaded reembroidered lace and sequins.
The gathered skirt was enhanced with scattered appliques including a wide satin and lace flowing train. A pearl tiara highlighted the tulle veil. She carried a cascading bouquet of white roses, ivy, and baby’s breath, accented with pearl sprays, sheer and lace ribbon and pearl beads.
