Rappahannock News Staff Photo/Carl Ebom Work is progressing at the bridge on Route 612 in Old Hollow. The road will remain closed through July 26 to replace an aging bridge over the North Fork of the Thornton River. The project will take up to 120 days to finish, but the road will be closed only until the contractor removes the existing bridge structure and replaces it with pre-stressed concrete decking.
