her husband, Charles William Settle Sr., who died in May 1950. ^

Mrs. Settle is survived by three sons, Charles William Settle Jr. and his wife, Jessie of Culpeper, Melvin Ashby Settle and his wife, June of Manassas and Kenneth Lee Settle and his wife, Shirley of Culpeper and a daughter, Louise Younger and her husband, Charles of Culpeper.

She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 17 greatgrandchildren and six greatgreat-grandchildren.

Also surviving are three brothers, Acrey Dodson, Robert Dodson and Milton Dodson and three sisters, Bertie Hackley, Mattie Hackley and Florine Smith.

She was predeceased by three brothers, Jack Dodson, Thomas Dodson and Eugene Dodson and three sisters, Neta Scott, Nellie Nicholson and Gladys Mozingo.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 14 at Found and Sons Funeral Home in Culpeper. Interment followed at Forest Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Bryan Settle, Jeff Bowers, Mike Settle, Melvin Settle Jr., David Smith, Tony Dodson and Jimmy Dodson.
