• May Architectural Review Board proceedings were discussed: an application from Mary Ellen and Charles Smoot for a storage building was approved; modifications to Charles and Carroll Kevis remodeling plan were approved; application from Clarissa Leggett for a fence was approved; and application for a handicap ramp at the Trinity Episcopal Church was denied.
