It’s just a little snake....
Ron Cromer, specialist in Herpetology and a full time lecturer since 1982 will present “Snakes Alive” on Saturday, July 24 at 2:30 at the Rappahannock County Library as part of the summer reading program. The program is designed to give you clear, concise insight into the lives, habits and characteristics of reptiles, especially snakes. It begins with an orientation lecture and slide presentation and features approximately two dozen live U.S. native harmless species of reptiles including turtles, lizards and specially tamed (for petting) native snakes. A giant pet python from S.E. Asia will be introduced during exciting hands on sessions.
