“Heart Cries”
Middle and high school students are ready to perform, “Heart Cries" with “step,” singing and dramatic speaking parts at the Rappahannock County Elementary school on Friday, July 23 at 2 p.m. and on Saturday, July 24 at 7 p.m. Admission is free. This performance, sponsored by Headwaters, Inc. was made possible in part by a grant from the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
