The Rappahannock Lions Club held it’s annual “change of command” meeting at the Rappahannock Park, Thursday, July 8. Members' families and friends witnessed the installation of new officers who will manage activities throughout the coming year. These business meetings, become a Lion family celebration and an annual picnic is the result.
This year’s event was special for several reasons. The club’s activities have been very successful under the Leadership of President Hal McDermott.
While many Virginia Clubs have found their membership reduced, the Rappahannock Lions Club has welcomed five new members.
