Connected by digital satellite, hard-wired sound and computers, the Teletechnet Program delivers an electronic duplicate of the on-campus classroom experience via video monitors and audio speakers in classrooms located at all 23 community colleges within the Commonwealth of Virginia, three military installations, and two corporate sites.
Old Dominion University students can see the professor and the on-campus class live on their monitors and can speak directly to the professor by using desktop microphones.
